La deuxi\u00e8me, projet\u00e9e dans le futur, serait de cr\u00e9er une jonction entre l\u2019h\u00f4tel et le centre omnisport situ\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9.<br \/>\nL\u2019espace de l\u2019h\u00f4tel a \u00e9t\u00e9 agenc\u00e9 de telle mani\u00e8re que le public et les joueurs de foot ne se c\u00f4toient \u00e0 aucun moment, en d\u2019autre terme, une circulation privatis\u00e9e est pr\u00e9vue pour ces derniers. Le complexe, utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 30% par le football, d\u00e9tient 79 chambres, deux salles de fitness, six salles de r\u00e9union, un auditorium de 160 places, un centre m\u00e9dical, un espace d\u2019accueil et de restauration.
