Au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, la partie inf\u00e9rieure de l&rsquo;escalier existant a \u00e9t\u00e9 abattu pour permettre la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un seul grand espace commercial. L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tage a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible en restituant un escalier par l\u2019arri\u00e8re. Ce passage se laisse deviner sur la fa\u00e7ade lat\u00e9rale gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son habillage en bois. Un ancien d\u00e9p\u00f4t a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconverti en duplex tandis que le toit du b\u00e2timent principal en abrite un autre.
