Les contraintes urbanistiques importantes au niveau du gabarit g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, de l\u2019alignement et des droits de vue, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les lignes directrices pour l\u2019agencement des espaces int\u00e9rieurs et ext\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tage existant compos\u00e9 de trois chambres a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9am\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans le but de cr\u00e9er une uniformit\u00e9 esth\u00e9tique au service de la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.
